I want to ask you, where I can chceck if Renault Laguna, which I want to buy, (in France of course
) isn't appartenir* of bank?
Also, what I have to do when I buy car in France? Do you know?

If you want to know if the car is the property of the saler or of a bank (case of leasing for exemple), you have to demand a "certificat de non gage" at a prefecture (or maybe by the web now).
